DOMESTIC DELIVERY

FREE delivery on all Hong Kong orders. All orders are delivered in 5-7 working days after initial dispatch date (we deliver on Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Delivery times may vary due to availability of artwork(s). Please note that pre-order and back in stock items will take longer time to process for shipment.

If you have not received your items within 7 business days of receiving our dispatched notification, please email info@thestallery.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The Stallery uses FedEx International Economy Courier for all our overseas shipping. It can take up to 7-10 days after the dispatch dates for international packages to arrive.

We also offer free international delivery for Limited Edition purchases over HKD$10,000. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for any Original artworks purchases.

Please note that in some cases, packages may be delayed by customs.

Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days upon delivery confirmation.

The Stallery cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.

 
ORDERS PROCESSING
We process and dispatch artworks as swiftly as possible, which is usually within 2 business days. If the artwork(s) you have chosen have become unavailable, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

 
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

The Stallery has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The Stallery sends its original artwork from Hong Kong SAR (China), and there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government; we are not responsible for products being confiscated by Customs in destination countries.

All information in the shipping address provided by you must be personally accurate. Otherwise all extra expenses will be paid by you and delays in delivery will be expected.
